We are searching for people who want to be successful agents to join the company team. A Life Insurance Sales Representative will maintain solid relationships and provide insurance guidance to new and existing clients. An exceptional Life Insurance Sales Representative will have effective communication in customer service to problem-solve, conducting a needs analysis for every client to introduce all available insurance policy options and clearly explain them. Must be able to work remotely and be self-driven and goal-oriented. Training is provided to help you succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Provide follow-up and support as needed according to changing insurance needs 
  • Researching for clients, providing rate quotes and coverage recommendations
  • Calculate premiums based on medical information and other discussed factors
  • Process all insurance policy requests
  • Some travel to clients’ homes to consult with them
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Motivation to perform independently in a Remote Commission position
  • Some Sales experience, particularly in insurance, is highly preferred
  • Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain a life license in the state where you work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong desire to grow and learn in a rewarding career

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
