D-Termination Pest Control, one of the leading pest control companies in the greater Las Vegas area, is seeking a motivated, growth-minded inside sales representative to join our team.

In this role, you won’t have to spend your time making cold calls to people who may not be interested in pest control. Instead, we’ll provide you with a list of qualified leads made up of current customers interested in adding new services and prospects who have reached out to us first. Plus, all inbound sales calls and potential cancellations will be forwarded to you, giving you countless opportunities to earn commission on top of our already competitive hourly pay. But wait - there’s more! We’ll also teach you how to generate your own leads through Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads and our proven strategies mean the sky really is the limit for how much you can earn. • Fielding inbound sales calls from current customers and prospects
• Spearheading customer retention efforts
• Managing Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads to generate leads

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a regular Monday-Friday schedule
• Must be comfortable spending most of your time communicating with clients
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Have excellent judgment and independent thinking skills
• Be a self-starter who can anticipate and solve problems
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• High school diploma or GED
