We’re looking for an outgoing inbound sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting the value
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Think on their feet
  • Not get discouraged when things don’t go as planned
  • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like Divorce or Probate)
  • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
  • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
  • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity

The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so the legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you about the planning process, but we can’t teach you how to care about people going through the personal trauma of a divorce, the anguish of a custody dispute, or the emotion of having to deal with a loved one's estate after they have passed.

We are looking for a team player with empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and bring a can-do attitude to work every day.

Compensation depends on experience and qualifications and will be performance-based. Benefits include bonus opportunities, paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance coverage. Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client consults to score leads and sell legal services
  • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
  • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us
  • Maintain CRM entries with up-to-date information on leads

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases

  • Prior experience selling high ticket services to individual consumers (B2C) is preferred

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
