Assists the Property Managers with the general administration of the tenants, property and answers phone calls, and prioritizes calls for the property managers to speak with both current and prospective residents. Monitors regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management.


  • Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours.
  • Pre-screening inbound calls based on motivation level and property details in an effort to schedule appointments.
  • Fulfill tasks as requested
  • Enter all calls are logged and routed to the appropriate team member.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous customer service experience. Telephone experience preferred.
  • Looking for candidates who are eager and willing to grow within the company.
  • Self-motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively execute each 

$15 - $17 hourly
