Do you have a passion and personal commitment to fight for immigrants' rights? if so, Immigration law firm in Lawrenceville, GA seeks an experienced immigration paralegal with passion. We need a paralegal with a great attitude, strong organizational skills, *knowledge of USCIS and EOIR filings*, and a personal commitment to fighting for immigrants’ rights.

Excellent written and verbal skills (Bilingual English/Spanish).

This individual should be able to multitask and handle a high volume of cases. Must be able to quickly file adjustment of status applications, waivers (I-601, I-601A, and I-212) familiarity a must. *Must also have EOIR experience*. Competitive salary with benefits!

Responsibilities

  • Immigration software experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (Bilingual English/Spanish)


Qualifications
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
  • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education

  • At least 3 years of immigration paralegal experience
  • Knowledgeable with USCIS filings and EOIR filings

Compensation
$45,000+ depending on experience
