• Employment visa: H1B

• U.S. Citizenship
• Asylum
• Deportation - Criminal Defense

Your primary function is to consult with clients to understand their needs and apply your knowledge, skills, and experience to offer solutions for their protection.

• Consult client on their matter and advise them the best strategy to resolve their problem,
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft motions and legal documents
• Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals

• At least 3 years of experience in immigration law
• Familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion programs, and pretrial intervention
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Being able to speak another language (in addition to English) is a plus.
