While the position is work from home, it is still required that you attend USCIS interviews in South Florida and Immigration Court in Miami (seldom elsewhere).

Achieve your personal, professional, and financial goals by helping us achieve ours.

We are looking for an Experienced Immigration Attorney bilingual in English/Spanish who want to be successful and who are looking for more than just a job. Our team is our best asset and we protect them by being very careful who we bring in. (Wouldn’t you want the same?) You will have the opportunity to shape the direction and culture of the firm. We will help you achieve your goals (as long as we know what they are).

The Associate position within our firm is a combination of legal counsel and customer service roles. You will prove your knowledge and experience with US immigration processes (family and humanitarian) by achieving high client satisfaction through quick and accurate filing and by seeing matters through completion.

We are fast-paced and constantly growing. We expect that you will find ways to contribute to the firm’s success. We want you to look for ways to help things go smoother and to help us grow. This is not a pressure-cooker work environment. We strive for both quality and quantity.

  • Handle cases from start to finish
  • Monitor client cases daily for forwarding progress, including meeting with clients
  • Conduct immigration client intake, interviews, and declarations
  • Coordinate work related to USCIS, DOL, EOIR, ICE, and related agencies
  • Update our policies and procedures, and workflow manuals

  • Are you a go-getter with a can-do attitude?
  • Do you have at least 5 years of PROVEN EXPERIENCE with US immigration processes from a US immigration law firm?
  • Are you looking for a work-life balance and you cannot obtain that in your current position?
  • Are you excited about helping people of various cultures, backgrounds, and socioeconomic levels?
  • Do you have solid written and verbal communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish?
  • Can you work independently without being micromanaged?
  • Are you willing to do what it takes to get this job? There will be a test.
