As our iBuying Operations Analyst in San Mateo, CA, you will work on a team of real estate licensees that oversees all aspects of our trade-in and cash offer processes. The support you provide allows our team to focus on building client relationships & bridges the online/offline worlds of real estate transactions. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders and ensures a smooth path to closing. You will take a central role coordinating real estate transactions, ensuring that all details come together seamlessly from contract to close.


  • Manage the financing of all iBuying Operations transactions - work with outside financing partners & Escrow to close financing on time & facilitate diligence requests
  • Track cash requirements and close dates - keep all transactions updated & on track from a timing perspective (expected close, cash needed to close, rent owed, etc.)
  • Manage the closing of final stage of trade-in transactions - work closely with special programs agents, Reali Escrow & Reali Loans to facilitate a smooth, quick close
  • Ensure all contract documents are up to date & renewed as necessary (ie. extend listing agreement)
  • Handle all wire requests & track/update finance team with incoming wires
  • Track accepted offers from offer approvals
  • Track & update amount owed by clients - create monthly statements for clients of back rent/closing costs owed, track & facilitate collection of monthly rent when necessary
  • Work with home warranty company & clients to handle all maintenance requests, complete on-site check-ins & handle any property management related calls
  • Update transaction folders & tracking systems with all documentation
  • Manage communication and be liaison between Reali and buyers, sellers, and cooperating service providers through multiple communication channels (platforms, voice, and email)
  • Partner with cross-functional departments throughout the lifecycle of the transaction
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects, tasks and requests as needed



  • BA/BS degree, or high school diploma & 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail & interpersonal skills
  • Adept in working in a dynamic & changing team environment with a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility on work schedule, depending on the transaction timing 
  • Growth Mind-Set
  • Located in San Mateo, CA or surrounding areas
  • Experience with DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, PDF Editing, Salesforce, Asana
  • Experience in real estate or related field, including processing transactions
  • Start-up, fast-paced environment experience

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
