Growing Heating and Air Conditioning Company looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Sales and Service Technician to help lead installer set up systems for Residential HVAC contractor in Colorado Springs area. We DO NOT drive to Denver or Pueblo. We focus on staying in the greater Colorado Springs area.

We are a quality company with strong values to serve the customer and still make a great income. We offer an hourly rate plus sales incentives. Each team member will be given the chance to prove their abilities and move up in the company. Honesty is a must, we only sell what is needed or if the customer is looking for upgrades to take care of problems in their home. Looking for people who like working and enjoy solving customer comfort issues.

• Perform service calls and present repair and replacement options.
• Perform maintenance calls, suggest upgrade options to homeowners.
• Help installations when not busy on service, set up thermostats and equipment programming
• Adjust inventory on truck and keep track of inventory
• Run sales call as needed, present customers options from our sales programs. Potential to earn excellent sales commissions plus your hourly wage

The candidate must have a valid driver's license and must also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience:

• HVAC: Minimum 2-3 years or more
• Good mechanical skills, troubleshooting, and repair
• Mech 4 License
• EPA Refrigeration Certificate
• Knowledge in 2 stage and Variable Speed systems (we install quality!)
• Excellent attitude to help, we like to work!
• Good driving record
• Potential to advance
