We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. • Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
• Identify and fix HVAC problems, including component replacement and installation
• Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices
• Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers

• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with help
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude

Install, repair and/or replace all types of:

• HVAC Equipment to include package units, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, A/C condensers & heat pumps, electronic air filters, air handlers, UV lights, and thermostats
• Duct work to include plenums, hard duct
• Vent pipe to include metal single & double wall, and 2”-3” PVC
• Condensation drain lines
• Insulation on plenums, hard duct & flex duct
• Power vents
• Motors having a direct relationship with airflow
• Combustion fan motors
• Copper line-sets
• Electrical disconnects having a direct relationship with HVAC equipment

After several years in the field and ongoing education, Dan acquired his Master Electrician License and HVAC Contractor License.
