• Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
• Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
• Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
• Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement

• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, treating all residents with courtesy and respect
• Accurately diagnose problems and make repairs when responding to all service requests assigned
• Perform the maintenance needed and/or replacements of units, ductwork, etc.
• Help to replace AC units as necessary
• Be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Be prompt and diligent in tasks performed

• Previous experience required
• You must have experience in service, diagnosing, repairs, and replacements of HVAC units
• Communication skills are a must
• Friendly and positive attitude is a must
• Must be dependable and honest
• Must be drug-free
• Must have an active driver's license in good standing
