If you are an HVAC Installer with at least 8 months of experience, come join us on a path to charting the future of the HVAC industry!

If you can run electrical circuits, line sets, install line caps, evacuate a system, and perform pressure tests that is a plus. More $$!

• Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures

• Arriving to work on time
• Preparation before the job starts
• Speaking courteously to customers
• Attention to safety
• Properly sealing system
• Proper commissioning upon completion
• Complete paperwork and communication with the office

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
• Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics

• 1+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation
• Good attitude
• Good communication skills
