We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable Relationship Strategist to play an important role on our team. This person will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for agents joining our team. We are already set up for your success! Our job boards perform at an incredible pace, and we receive more than 50 applicants each month who want to join our incredible team.

This position will be the point of contact for new agents and serve as liaison to the leadership team throughout the onboarding process. You will ensure that new team members have the tools they need to be successful and will walk them through the process from beginning to end before handing them off to their team lead. We see this position as integral to our growing team and want this role to align morale and culture for HURG. Our Relationship Strategist will manage the peer recognition program, will post awards, and helps our members feel their value by highlighting their achievements. Keeping the team updated with news by creating and sharing a monthly newsletter and maintaining the news section of the intranet will be an important part of the communication expected from this role.

The perfect candidate will have experience in human resources, ideally in a real estate team environment. Applicants must be willing to work 30 hours per week from our San Antonio office.   • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
  • Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy

  • Recruit qualified candidates by managing our job boards
  • Perform interviews with prospective candidates and make a referral to your team lead when ready to move forward with hiring
  • Be prepared to offboard as necessary when directed by the leadership team
  • Maintain open lines of communication with each staff member from new recruits to the leadership team to continuously serve as the point of contact
  • Alert leadership team of any internal issues that arise and handle them appropriately
  • Attend check-ins with the team lead weekly to review recruiting status reports and set aggressive goals that are in line with our mission
  • Responsible for creating and sharing internal newsletters and maintaining the news section of the intranet
  • Host in-person and online new agent orientation monthly
  • Manage peer recognition program to recognize staff monthly
  • Other duties as assigned which may include administrative tasks

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in recruiting
  • Experience in upper-level HR management

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
