The Human Resources Manager is responsible for Human Resources generalist functions of The Cobblers locations, with a focus on planning and implementing strategic company initiatives that foster The Cobblers’ vision for growth and enhance employee and contractor engagement. She/He/They will participate in projects that support the employee/ contractor life cycle— from new hire to termination across functional areas with broad business impacts such as strategic talent management, compensation planning, performance management, training, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will become a critical member of the HR team. The individual will work in partnership with Leadership to build engaging environments focused on innovation, support, and comprehensive solutions.
