The Human Resources Manager is the key point of contact for every new KWML associate. The HRM immediately takes ownership of the relationship with the new associate upon their commitment to join KWML, with the mindset that it is 100% his or her responsibility to take the associate out of the Team Leader’s hands, onboard them into the market center while creating a first-class, organized, professional experience, and to teach that new associate all of the resources, technology and staff of the office so that they are a self-sufficient and well-trained Legacy agent.

The HRM is responsible for Agent Onboarding, Training Management, Agent Care & Retention, KW Command and provided critical administrative and operational support for the market center to run smoothly, providing a wonderful experience for every associate!

Minimal Acceptable Standards - The 20% of this Role:

  • 100% completed onboarding checklist provided to Director of Operations within 2 business days maximum of KWML license activation
  • Contact each new associate to KWML in their first 90 days at KWML - must be a call, voicemail, text, email, or face to face and logged in Monday.com
  • Minimum of 5 outgoing contacts per workday to associates who have been with KWML for 90+ days for retention purposes using approved retention scripts
  • Host at least 1 group orientations per week using approved orientation curriculum
  • Teach at least 2 trainings per month on free KW technology and marketing tools
  • Acknowledge and/or respond to all associate inquiries same business day

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Onboarding Process & Onboarding System Management
  • Oversee completion of all KW paperwork at signing meetings
  • Schedule and host orientations, tech training, etc for groups; 1-1 for cappers
  • Manage all onboarding materials and systems (Google Workspace, paperwork, Action Plans in Monday.com, checklists, etc.)
  • Complete all onboarding tasks within 2 business days of license activation
  • Coordinate all aspects of Capper onboarding per Capper checklist
  • Coordinate all aspects of the KW Concierge Program
  • Ensure all items from the Letter of Intent are logged into Monday.com
  • Make internal company introductions within 2 days of license activation
  • Coordinate sign and business card orders for all new associates with preferred vendors
  • Agent Training & Events
  • Manage all aspects of training calendar (monthly planning, scheduling all classes, scheduling & confirming teachers, preparing materials, etc)
  • Host at least 1 group orientations per week using approved orientation curriculum
  • Teach at least 2 trainings per month covering KW technology and/or marketing tools
  • Coordinate teachers, sponsors, food, marketing and materials for training classes as directed
  • Associate Care and Retention
  • Contact each new associate to KWML in their first 90 days at KWML - must be a call, voicemail, text, email, or face to face and logged in Monday.com. The focus of these contacts will be applicable training for their needs, KW Command, Docusign, Zip Forms, usage of the training calendar, and office resources
  • Operate as the go-to for every KWML associate in regards to KW technology, resources, office questions, and more, with a focus on training associates to use resources and understand KWML systems so they can be self sufficient
  • Complete all needed tasks for agent off-boarding once per week minimum (some agents must be off-boarded immediately, when directed)

Other Expectations:

  • Front Desk relief for lunch daily and when out of office
  • Working knowledge of all technical functions of the office (printers, wifi, computers, etc)
  • Working knowledge of all KW technology (Winmore, Command, Docusign, Zip Forms, Mail Chimp, Kelle, Consumer App, KW Intranet)
  • Proficient with the following software: Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Excel, Word, Canva, PowerPoint, Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Mail Chimp
  • Participate in ALC Committee meetings

Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position

Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
