The Coordinator will perform human resource duties to ensure an effective operation of the HR department. The Coordinator will have a full understanding of the employee handbook and maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a courteous and professional manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• New Hire Process
• Benefit Processing
• Personnel File Maintenance
• Employee relations
• Project work

• Prior human resources experience ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
