Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
- Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies
- Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in developing and tracking training programs
- Work within an LMS system to ensure training is up-to-date
- Look for training and development opportunities
- Train staff on competencies and other training gaps as needed
Qualifications
- Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- HR or business degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to relate and work with many individuals
- Optimistic and energetic
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000
