If you're confident in your abilities to attract executive talent, IPO Architects will pay you a lot of money (and there’s no ceiling to how much you can be paid!). You work whatever hours you want to as long as you regularly update us on progress, daily.

IPO Architects seeks multiple remote recruiters to find suitable candidates for hourly, part-time, full-time and consulting opportunities at many online software companies located usually in the USA. All opportunities are in leadership positions for finance, digital marketing and sales.

You will be paid $400 when the candidate you sign is hired for a successful placement. Additional bonus is paid when you place candidates at a rate lower than the target rate. The lower the rate, the higher your bonus, which is in addition to the $400 payment for a successful placement.

If you’re willing to bet on your own recruiting abilities and you’re great at what you do, this could really add up and provide a nice steady income. We’re looking for long-term teammates who are professional, honest, responsive and keep the promises they make.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements for the candidate to draft the job description. Your manager will build on your draft to finish the job description, which you can post on various job boards and talent pools
  • Inherit the 16 talent pools we have access to recruit from. This is in addition to all the popular job boards you know of. You’ll have plenty of places to post and fish for candidates
  • For all the candidates who reply to the job description, filter out the unqualified candidates by administering assessments, soliciting responses to a short questionnaire, and performing a screening call. You are welcome to improve our qualification process
  • Arrange interviews between candidates who pass the short questionnaire and Founding Partners of IPO Architects. Provide briefs on each candidate to the Partners beforehand
  • Negotiate the candidate’s hourly rate, ideally so it’s under the client’s budget, and prepare the documents for the candidate to sign

Qualifications

  • Successfully placed at least 2 C-level English-speaking candidates before
  • Possess tools to find contact information for target candidates
  • Has been successful in a 100% commission-based role before
  • At least 7 years of recruiting experience
  • Experienced forming compensation structures

Compensation
$40 - $80 hourly
