The Human Resource Generalist/Executive Assistant will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee onboarding, administering pay, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This individual will provide a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the executive team.


  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Work with 3rd party hiring and recruiting firms to obtain qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks, drug screenings, and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive team.
  • Maintain and manage executive team calendars and coordination of meetings.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, board decks, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranges travel, training, and meeting accommodations for staff.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

$55,000 - $65,000 based on experiance
