The Hotel Felix is currently hiring a people-oriented, Human Resources Coordinator. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and progress into the HR Manager position.

The HR Coordinator will perform human resource duties to ensure an effective operation of the HR department. The HR Coordinator will have a full understanding of the employee handbook and maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a courteous and professional manner.

• New Hire Process
• Benefit Processing
• Personnel File Maintenance
• Employee relations
• Project work

• Prior human resources experience ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
