We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources coordinator to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. The HR Coordinator will perform human resource duties to ensure the effective operation of the HR department. The HR Coordinator will have a full understanding of the employee handbook and maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a courteous and professional manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- New Hire Process
- Benefit Processing
- Personnel File Maintenance
- Employee relations
- Project work
- Prior human resources experience ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
