**THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE**

During Intensive Weeks: Hours 6 am-10 am Or 5 pm-9 pm daily

As a Housing Assistant, you will be responsible for helping to care for the clientele of the facility under the Housing Manager. You will be responsible for demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients and staff members while maintaining boundaries, modeling sobriety, observing client behaviors, ensuring client safety, and facilitating the clients’ daily activities per their program schedule for our 14-Day Men’s Intimacy Disorder Program.

Candidates with residential treatment experience are preferred. 

• Assist the house manager on duty with any breakfast/dinner needs or hike preparations.
• Assist the house manager on duty with any dinner needs or preparations. Accompany house manager with recovery-based meetings. Following the meeting, assist the house manager with any light upkeep of the facility and engage in games or conversations with the clients
• Accompany house manager on hikes or with meditation activities with clients
• Following the morning program, assist the house manager on duty with light upkeep of the facility
• Be comfortable in potentially high-risk, high-intensity settings 
• Other duties as assigned

Prerequisite Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or higher 
• Valid Driver's License and liability insurance 
• Valid First Aid certification 
• Valid CPR certification 
• Background Check
