The housekeeping inspector is a team member of our Quality Control Team. He/she will utilize a company vehicle to visit the vacation rental homes to inspect the housekeeping vendor to ensure units are in great condition. Attention to detail is necessary to prepare the home for arriving guests. The inspector will use our Property Management Software (Streamline) to review the home and to create any necessary work orders. The Housekeeping Inspector will also add items to the home that are missing and/or worn. These items include kitchen inventory, linens, game room supplies, etc. for the comfort of our guests.


  • Inspect the homes for cleanliness
  • Report broken/missing items
  • Report any maintenance issues to dispatch
  • Some light cleaning as necessary
  • Use Streamline mobile app to create work orders
  • Review kitchen inventory to ensure proper counts


  • Must have a good driving record to be insured for driving
  • Must be physically able to get in and out of a van, up and downstairs, some lifting, and work in a hot climate
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • Workdays include weekends and holidays
  • Typical workdays are Thursday - Monday (off Tuesday/Wednesday)

$12 - $14 hourly
