The housekeeping inspector is a team member of our Unit Quality Team. He/she will utilize a company vehicle to visit the vacation rental homes to inspect the housekeeping vendor. Attention to detail is necessary to prepare the home for arriving guests.

• Inspect the homes for cleanliness
• Report broken/missing items
• Report any maintenance issues to dispatch
• Some light cleaning as necessary

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be physically able to get in and out of a van, up and downstairs, some lifting, and work in a hot climate
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Workdays include weekends and holidays
• Typical workdays are Thursday - Monday (off Tuesday/Wednesday)
