Responsibilities
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales

  • Search for Flip Deals
  • Analyze the numbers to see if the deal will make a profit
  • Write contracts on flip deals
  • Manage contractors to a successful completion
  • Make choices on finishes and staging to help the flip sell for max value
  • Sell the house once the flip is complete
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Show luxury, high-end homes
  • Sell Jaw-dropping properties
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Respond to all listing leads/requests
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers/buyers
  • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their listing
  • Respond to clients' calls, emails, and web requests
  • Prospect for new listings daily
  • Work with a supportive team

Qualifications
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self-motivation and drive

  • The candidate must have an active Real Estate licensed or has the capability to get one
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Positive attitude
  • High energy and lots of passion
  • Dedication to being your best
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Be a team player

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
