We’re hiring an enthusiastic, hardworking bell attendant committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay at our hotel. You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk
  • Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
  • Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way
  • Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests
  • Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage

  • Make runs to and from Baton Rouge airport for flight crews/occasional regular guests

Qualifications
  • Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service
  • Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED

  • Clean driving record and current driver's license

Compensation
$10 - $12 hourly
