Lark Hotels is seeking both full-time & part-time Housekeepers at our location in Northampton, MA, The Ellery. Working alone or with a partner, each Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, activity areas, and public spaces on the property. Major responsibilities include servicing accommodations according to property procedures, stocking housekeeping carts, replacing bed linens and supplying guest room amenities. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work without constant direct supervision. • Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
• Answer general questions from guests

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
