Our successful hotel is looking for a hospitality professional with a sales mindset to assist in helping grow our hotel. You will serve as a liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue. You'll be in charge of responding to group inquiries, contacting potential new guests based on local attraction and referral leads, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will work closely with our preferred accounts and project business. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a desire to build a career in the world of hospitality.   • Effectively communicate with group leaders to secure group business. Communicate group needs to hotel management to make sure group contracts are executed
  • Establish long term relationships with market revenue generators
  • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, local partnerships, networking, special events
  • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Plan and organize groups, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information


  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED

$14 - $17 hourly
