Looking for a positive and professional Hotel Front Desk Rep to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel
You must be a team player to communicate and work together with co-workers. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage registration process
- Check guests in and out accepting payment along with appropriate deposits
- Make sure rooms are clean and ready to rent
- Problem resolution
- Answer incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Book reservations accepting credit cards for a guarantee
- Able to follow Ramada guidelines
- Assist guests in directing them to local shops and restaurants
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience
- Possess strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Must be able to be a team player and work well with co-workers
- Comfortable assisting guests over the phone as well as in-person
- Must have strong problem resolution skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be on time for your shifts
- Synexis experience preferred
- The position is for alternating first and second shifts and the candidate must be available Monday through Sunday
Compensation
$10 - $11 hourly
