Looking for a positive and professional Hotel Front Desk Rep to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel

You must be a team player to communicate and work together with co-workers. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage registration process
  • Check guests in and out accepting payment along with appropriate deposits
  • Make sure rooms are clean and ready to rent
  • Problem resolution
  • Answer incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Book reservations accepting credit cards for a guarantee
  • Able to follow Ramada guidelines
  • Assist guests in directing them to local shops and restaurants

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience
  • Possess strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Must be able to be a team player and work well with co-workers
  • Comfortable assisting guests over the phone as well as in-person
  • Must have strong problem resolution skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be on time for your shifts
  • Synexis experience preferred
  • The position is for alternating first and second shifts and the candidate must be available Monday through Sunday

Compensation
$10 - $11 hourly
