We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first.
You will help to create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, restocking, acting as manager on duty, brewing coffee, cleaning lobby and public areas, sanitizing, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
This shift requires the agent to work the 3 pm - 11 pm shift Monday- Friday. Agent must be willing to work outside of scheduled shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the hotel.

As a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor, you will help to create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests. The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor is responsible for, but not limited to, taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, preparing breakfast, cleaning and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
Applicant must have open availability to work Friday & Saturdays and additional days as per the needs of the hotel and must be able to work holidays on and outside of normal schedule. Applicant must work overnight from 11PM-7AM and will be the only employee on site for the entire duration. Applicant must be willing and able to drive shuttle.
