We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first. This is for the 2nd and 3rd shifts Only. The position will be about 20-25+ hours per week. Must be able to work 3rd shift, 11 pm-7 am two days per week. The additional hours will be working the 2nd shift sometime between the hours of 3 pm-11 pm. Responsibilities
  • Field customer complaints when necessary
  • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
  • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Qualifications
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
Compensation
$15 - $16 hourly
