We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed.   • Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
  • Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage
  • Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
  • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
  • Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner
  • This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED
  • Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
