Our hotel is hiring a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as our Restaurant Host/Hostess during afternoon and evening shifts.

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards. 
• Keeps customer count, as well as tracks table availability. 
• Promptly answers the telephone, takes room service orders, and responds appropriately to the guest's needs in a friendly and professional manner. 
• Provide customers with product details, such as menu items and descriptions. 
• Take payments for guests’ checks in the restaurant.

• Knowledge of a POS & reservation system
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Personable, professional disposition, dependable
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills

Our hotel near I-25 is five minutes from the Broadmoor World Arena, and it's under five miles from downtown Colorado Springs and Fort Carson. Garden of the Gods is a 20-minute drive away.
