• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist client with activities and personal care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements

Job Type:

• Full Time

Pay:

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Medical Specialty:

• Home Health
• Pediatrics

Schedule:

• Night shift
• 10 pm to 6 am Monday thru Friday (every other weekend)
• Every other week would work 3 weekdays and a Saturday and Sunday

Supplemental Pay:

• Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Columbus, OH 43215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LVN (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)

Work Location: One location

• Care for a 5-year-old coming from London England who has respiratory issues and is on a vent and has multiple other health issues

• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Must have vent/trach experience.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
