Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses needed for 1 on 1 adult client with respiratory failure and G-Tube.

• Provide one on one care
• Carry out routine care for patients
• Assisting with patients' personal hygiene and day-to-day care
• May be responsible for getting the patient out of bed or moving the patient into a more comfortable position
• Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, oxygen level, and respiration
• May initiate medicine, apply bandages and dressings, insert catheters, and monitor IVs, among other duties
• May feed the patient and record any changes in the patient's health or vital signs

• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
