Home Pricing Analyst-California only 
Reali has been promoted internally and is ready to hire a new Home Pricing Analyst! As a Home Pricing Analyst based only in California, you are responsible for managing the portfolio risk posed by any new property purchased and any new listing taken on through the Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs by reviewing and approving/denying all approvals related to the programs. You are responsible for valuing all properties offered as well as those listed. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure each property fits within our qualifications. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for approving properties to participate in the Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs and approving offers based on the valuation of the home being offered.

• Currently based in California, help our clients win
• Perform valuation on all properties prior to offer
• Approve offer based on property qualifications and valuations
• Perform valuation on all listings participating in Buy Before You Sell
• Approve all listings to participate in Buy Before You Sell

Must Haves

• Currently based in California
• BA/BS degree & 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with AVMs
• Experience in appraisal/home valuation
• Experience in California real estate markets
• Adept at working in a dynamic & changing team environment with a can-do attitude
• Flexibility on work schedule, depending on the transaction timing  

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana
• Start-up, fast-paced environment experience
