We're a 3yr old company run by someone with 20yrs experience in the business and we're growing!

"What exactly is this AMAZING opportunity?"


  • We hired Andrew last June of 2020. In less than 6 months his 2020 W2 was over $50K. He made 127K in 2021. This year he is on pace to earn 170K+!! Here's the thing, before coming on board, he was a police officer....that's right, the 5-0! He'd never sold anything in his life before working for us. He used to struggle to make ends meet month to month like many of us do before we find the right vehicle. Now he just closed on his new construction house, went camping in his new 40ft camper, and loves the future he's providing for his family!
  • Logan was hired in April 2021. He made $76K that 8 months. He’s on pace for $130K this year. He was managing a gym before joining our team.

Because our owner moved his family to Denver from the Midwest 4 years ago to be closer to the mountains. He analyzed the market, put together the business plan, sourced suppliers and production, performed proof of concept and now we're off to the races. (We'll do well into the 7 figures of revenue this year.)

We don't share those stories to brag or make it seem like it's all about the money or that it's easy money.

Although Andrew and Logan might argue, IT’S NOT "easy" money.

Although we are a new company we are actively working on a benefits package with health, vision, dental, 401K, etc.....we expect that to be in place in the next 180 days.

  • Design a strategy to meet hotel financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data
  • Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders, and prepare a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenditures
  • Generate new revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups or corporations
  • Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of occupancy and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals
  • Implement a strategic plan that aligns with revenue management and hotel objectives to assist the sales staff in meeting and exceeding room booking goals
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of sales success in lead-generation and closing skills
  • Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
