The Home Buying Specialist’s mission is to leverage the leads in their pipeline to closable contracts. Day-to-day this IRBY Warrior will conduct activities which includes calling through leads in IRBY’s database to connect with homeowners, analyzing property resale value, negotiating the purchase price, and executing contracts within IRBY’s buying model. These activities include leveraging the leads in our CRM, generating your own through canvassing, and consistently following up with potential customers. Once the deals are contracted, activities include working with the Closing Coordinator and Investment Sales Director to ensure the property gets to the closing table on time. This is a tech-savvy role that will require an ability to move through separate databases quickly.
