A master of rehab and renovation, a Home Buying Consultant, runs accurate comps, estimates rehab and reno budgets, and provides fair and professional offers to homeowners and wholesalers across the Kansas City Metro area.

  • Processed, utilizing technology and procedures to drive results.
  • Smart, and we don’t’ mean IQ. A successful HBC has EQ (emotional quotient), and they use it to listen, adapt, and close the deal! 
  • Organized, with exceptional time management and prioritization to manage leads and clients while delivering high-quality services.

Base Salary and Commission

Top Performers $150,000+

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have day-to-day objectives and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-assess properties through comps, rehab analysis, and buyer qualification
  • Conduct in-home evaluations, establishing purchase and rehab values through process-based assessments
  • Generate new leads and relationships through outbound calling and networking activities with an array of clients, seller direct, wholesale, realtors, property managers, and more
  • Generating and presenting offers that meet SBD Housing’s criteria
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Disposition, Transactions, and Construction teams to drive successful company outcomes
  • Daily management of the Salesforce CRM and calendar
  • Follow-up with and manage leads and appointments to ensure timely acquisition of homes
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for the company scorecard

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2C sales or Real Estate, preferred
  • Expert customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborates effectively with consistent communication to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others
  • Ability to work and perform in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to reach set targets and goals
  • Advanced attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of CRM, specifically Salesforce, preferred
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000+
