The Home Buying Consultant (HBC) is the ‘lifeblood of our organization. This position is a key role in the organization's success. Must be motivated, proactive, dedicated to meeting goals and deadlines, and communicate effectively. Must be good at managing time and be able to deal well under pressure.

The HBC will conduct in-home evaluations and provide offers to potential customers of our service. Must be great at analyzing a property, relentless with following up, be very skilled at managing time and prioritizing work, and have a passion to perfect the craft and become a sales expert.


  • Receiving and generating real estate buying opportunities through marketing campaigns initiated by the company
  • Managing phone calls, follow up, events, and the contact management software required to develop referral relationships and grow sales through networking
  • Conducting in-home evaluations and providing offers to potential customers of our service
  • Analyzing properties


  • Experience with prospecting for new clients/deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Deal analysis and construction experience is a must
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience giving sales presentations is preferred
  • Real Estate familiarity is a plus

$175,000 - $230,000 per year at plan
