We’re hiring a motivated full-time Home Buying Consultant (HBC) to join our growing team.
An essential role in our company, the HBC is an MVP, establishing rapport with clients, generating offers, and negotiating deals.
This position will work with an array of clients, from homeowners to wholesalers, conducting home evaluations and brokering deals!

In this role, you will have day-to-day objectives and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Complete in-person sales calls.
- Conduct in-home evaluations, establishing purchase and rehab values through digital and in-person assessments.
- Generating and presenting offers based on collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders.
- Collect and enter lead/property information into a database (Salesforce CRM).
- Follow up with and manage current and past leads and appointments.
- Assist in generating new leads through outbound calling and networking activities.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for the company scorecard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Deal analysis and construction, negotiation, and sales experience (preferred)
- Real Estate experience (preferred)
- Salesforce CRM (preferred)
- BombBomb (preferred)
$150,000 - $180,000 yearly
