• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again

• Meeting with qualified renters and moving them through the home renting / leasing process on a consistent basis
• Explore the city on a regular basis, discovering available apartments and condos
• Dedication to customer service with a client-first mindset 
• Must be willing to educate your clients on key specifics of renting/leasing property
• Savvy with technology and able to utilize a CRM to keep track of leads

• Must possess a real estate license
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Enthusiastic with excellent people and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
