We are seeking a support role in the IT Department. This position will be responsible for working alongside our IT Manager to tackle technical challenges and user requests. Responsibilities

  • Assist with installing and upgrading hardware and software
  • Provide support with Helpdesk and User Help
  • Attend to users in a timely manner to manage, process and complete their requests
  • Help manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Support and supervise Local Area Network
  • Monitor and maintain VPN services

Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Server knowledge – Active Directory, Maintenance, and Configuration
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft software – Office, etc.
  • Experience with G-Suite (preferred)
  • Experience with User Help/Helpdesk (preferred)
  • Experience with PC Hardware skills – repairing and configuring.

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000
