Luciano's Excavation Inc. is looking for experienced heavy equipment operators. We take pride in our quality of work and expect the operators to do the same from the seat of the machine. We also take pride in our equipment and expect our operators to do the same! All of our equipment is up to date and maintained regularly. Our team means everything to us, so we expect all of our guys to work well as a team and need operators to hold themselves accountable daily! We specialize in Wetland Restorations, Revetments, Jetties, and dredging work. We are looking for operators to be able to adapt to various site complexities and be able to work in varying work conditions.

Although we do a lot of work within Mass. we also do plenty of out-of-state work and expect our operators to be able to travel along with our crews. We shall provide hotel costs and per-diem for any of our members who are willing to travel!

• Operate equipment in all conditions including soft and/or muddy areas
• Have the ability to operate excavators, dozers, loaders, trucks, rollers, etc.
• Must be willing to be a team player and be able to help with some manual labor
• Knowledge of hand signals, markings, and grade stakes while operating equipment
• Must be able to always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors observed
• Strong Knowledge of Contract Plans and understanding of grades/elevations
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and be on your feet for long periods of time in all weather conditions
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow instructions
• Operators are expected to grease the machines, assist with shoveling tracks, and maintain our equipment fleet in clean conditions
• Daily checklist reports and small repairs if needed

• Must have Massachusetts hoisting license when operating in Massachusetts
• Must have Rhode Island license when operating in Rhode Island
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have at least 3-5 years experience
• Must be willing to travel

We do all types of civil construction work that includes but is not limited to, site work, remediation, wetland restoration, dredging, marsh restoration, river work, seawalls, revetments, and much more. We travel all over the east coast from Maine to New Jersey doing work for all federal and government agencies, along with private clients and states.
