Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business. Responsibilities
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible

  • Sell heavy duty parts
  • Assist customers with parts selection, both over the phone and in-person
  • Provide support to Outside Sales Personnel
  • Occasionally deliver parts with a company vehicle

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One year of work experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

  • Extremely customer focused
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Able to communicate and work well with a diverse group of individuals
  • Experience with Heavy Duty Truck parts a plus

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
