We are seeking a motivated New Business Development Manager to assist us in growing our Inside Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Manager you will be speaking with a variety of individuals to assist them in their decision making cycle to become clients of our company. You will use your exceptional phone skills and relationship building ability to set appointments and close deals. You will also help us grow, oversee, and manage our team of Inside Sales Professionals.
This individual will self-generate sales leads, actively convert them to appointments, and close those leads. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while abundantly generating sales leads. This person also has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the growth, oversight, and management responsibility of our Inside Sales Team.
This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
