As a wildlife route specialist, you’ll manage every step of the customer’s journey from start to finish, upholding the high standards we've established at Pest Proof. More specifically, you will:
- Inspect residences and commercial spaces to identify the issue
- Determine the best, least invasive treatment for the problem
- Communicate treatment plans to the customer and answer questions
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products to the customer in an effort to prevent future infestations
- Complete paperwork and follow up with the customer after the service to check-in
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication skills
