Handyman-Skilled Tradesman, Construction

We have an immediate need for a Lead Tradesman who has strong carpentry skills, light electrical, roofing, plumbing, and heating experience. We have a construction team and need a team leader who will supervise other workers and help with the overflowing workload. This person must be dependable, have their own transportation (truck), and preferably tools. Travel to the job's around the Knox DMA. Must have a positive attitude and no felony records. Having a current TN Contractor's license is a plus. Drug-free work environment. We are remodeling homes and apartment complexes. Ready to hire!

Salary Range: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour depending upon qualifications.
