Handyman - Maintenance Home Repair Person

We're looking for an experienced handyman/maintenance person to take care of vacation rental properties under our management. This will include light home maintenance and repairs, inspections for cleanliness, and required maintenance items upon the tenant vacating the home. Must be experienced in general home repairs.

• Perform maintenance and light repairs 
• Repair or replace broken or old light fixtures, and ceiling fans
• Repair leaky faucets
• Other minor plumbing troubleshooting and repair
• Patch damaged drywall
• General handyman work

• Previous experience in all types of home repairs
• Must be organized with time
• Must be friendly and courteous
• Able to work independently, and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid driver's license
