We are in need of a full-time handyman for the five apartment complexes that we have in St. Louis. We are also looking for somebody who can flip apartment units within a 3 to 5 day span as people come and go. We can pay hourly or salary but would ideally like someone who can work 40 hours a week, weekends off, extra pay for after-hours or emergency work.

Must have electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC experience, handyman experience.
