This is a full-time, in-the-field position, with occasional in-person meetings at our office in Miramar.

• Oversee and perform small projects as needed to execute our construction pipeline.
• Oversee and perform warranty work on past projects.
• Inspect properties and come up with the scope of work and budgets to solve problems.
• Assist the construction team in the field when needed.
• Whatever else comes up to help the team achieve our goals.

• 3+ years in residential construction with experience in multiple trades.
• Must live in San Diego County and be willing to travel throughout the county.
• Must be able to confidently navigate basic technology (email, calendar, phone apps, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
